About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Promoter / Brand Promoter to join the Bindu team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting Bindu products, creating brand awareness, conducting product sampling activities, and supporting sales growth across Bangalore.

- Key ResponsibilitiesTravel across Bangalore to promote Bindu products and increase brand visibility.
- Conduct product sampling activities at stores, markets, events, and other relevant locations.
- Plan and execute brand awareness drives and promotional activities.
- Coordinate and participate in events, promotional campaigns, and product displays.
- Arrange and manage product samples required for sampling activities at various stores.
- Ensure proper product display and visibility at stores and other promotional locations.
- Coordinate with stores and relevant stakeholders to execute sampling and promotional activities effectively.
- Support the sales team in generating leads and increasing product sales through promotional activities.
- Track daily activities, store visits, sampling details, and customer responses.
- Build good relationships with store owners, retailers, and other relevant stakeholders.




- Travel outside Bangalore occasionally, if required, based on business needs.
- Travel & AllowancesThe role involves extensive travel across Bangalore.
- In rare cases, the candidate may be required to travel outside Bangalore.
- Daily Allowance (DA): ₹200 per day.
- Petrol Allowance: ₹2 per km for eligible business travel.
- For outstation travel, accommodation and other required facilities will be provided by the company.
- Candidate Requirements1–2 years of experience in Field Sales, Sales Promotion, Brand Promotion, FMCG, Product Sampling, or Field Marketing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working in the field.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bangalore.
- Ability to coordinate with stores, retailers, and event teams.
- Valuable execution and coordination skills.
- Should be target-oriented and have a strong focus on brand promotion and sales.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license would be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
