TCI PRODUCT is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling & Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, generating sales leads, following up on inquiries, preparing quotations, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Follow up on inquiries received from IndiaMART, website, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Explain TCI PRODUCT's industrial cleaning machines and solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Maintain customer records and daily call reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
