Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, repair and service electronic and biometric devices.
- Perform PCB-level troubleshooting, soldering, desoldering and component replacement.
- Use multimeters, soldering stations and other diagnostic equipment.
- Install and troubleshoot Windows, device drivers, firmware, applications and hardware peripherals.
- Provide onsite and remote installation, maintenance and technical support.
- Configure basic networking, including TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS and VPN.
- Perform basic Microsoft SQL Server installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Maintain service reports, repair records and customer-support documentation.
- Create product demonstrations, installation guides and troubleshooting videos.
- Use AI tools to create scripts, images, presentations, voiceovers, reels and social-media posts.
- Coordinate with technical, sales and marketing teams to convert technical knowledge into simple customer-facing content.

Required Skills

- Electronics repair and PCB-level fault diagnosis.
- Soldering, desoldering and electronic-component replacement.
- Working knowledge of computer hardware and Windows troubleshooting.




- Basic networking and Microsoft SQL Server knowledge.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Comfortable recording product demonstrations and appearing in videos.
- Familiarity with AI and content tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva, CapCut or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel for customer installations and service visits.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Electronics, E&TC;, Computer Engineering, IT or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in electronics servicing or technical support.
- Basic understanding of biometric devices, IoT and embedded systems.
- Experience creating technical videos, reels, posts or tutorials.
- Good written and spoken English and Hindi; Marathi would be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
