- Mandatory: Experience in Phosphoric Acid Plant / Fertilizer Plant
- Preferred: Commissioning and DCS/PLC-based Process Plant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Instrumentation O&M; activities of Phosphoric Acid / Fertilizer Process Plant.
- Perform preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of field instruments and control systems.
- Maintain Transmitters, Control Valves, Flow, Level, Pressure & Temperature Instruments, Analyzers, PLC, DCS & SCADA systems.
- Execute shutdown maintenance, calibration, loop checking and commissioning activities.
- Ensure instrument reliability, minimize breakdowns and improve plant availability.
- Lead instrumentation team and ensure compliance with HSE practices (PTW, LOTO, JSA & 5S).
- Maintain SAP PM/MIS reports and monitor maintenance KPIs.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Phosphoric Acid Plant / Fertilizer Plant Instrumentation Maintenance is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA and field instrumentation.
- Experience in calibration, loop checking and instrument troubleshooting.
- Exposure to plant commissioning and process control systems.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, shutdown planning & spare management.
- Team handling and leadership skills.
- Safety-focused approach with knowledge of PTW, LOTO & JSA.
- SAP PM knowledge preferred.
