- Good communication in Hindi & Basic English
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
? Blended Process Executive
- Fluent English & Hindi communication is mandatory
- Handle both voice and chat support
? Telesales Executive
- Good communication in Hindi & Bengali
- Outbound sales calling and customer interaction
- Sales experience is an added advantage (Freshers may also apply)
