We're Hiring: Supervisors and Freshers. AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily shop floor operations.

Manage workers and ensure production targets are achieved.

Monitor quality standards and maintain production records.

Coordinate with design, machining, and inspection teams.

Ensure safe work practices and proper machine utilization.

Read and interpret engineering drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage).

Support process improvements and timely delivery of orders.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering

1–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or tool room setting.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

AutoCAD experience is a plus.
