Key responsibilities

- Carry out site surveys before installation: verify site readiness, power availability, mounting locations, cable routing.
- Installation guide of equipment, panels, sensors, and field wiring as per drawings and layouts.
- Terminate and dress control and power cabling; verify continuity, insulation resistance, and earthing before power-on.
- Configure and commission the system — firmware loading, parameter setup, calibration, and communication setup ([Modbus / CAN / Ethernet / RS-485] as applicable).
- Perform functional testing and site acceptance tests; record results in the commissioning checklist.
- Troubleshoot installation and start-up issues, escalating design or product issues to the engineering team with transparent observations and data.
- Train customer operators and maintenance staff on basic operation and first-level troubleshooting.
- Complete and submit installation reports, test records, photographs, and customer sign-off documents.
- Support warranty visits, breakdown calls, and preventive maintenance when required.
- Maintain and account for tools, test instruments, and spares issued to you.
- Follow site safety rules
