The candidate will be responsible for calling provided leads, counseling students, and convincing them to take admission in suitable courses and institutions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with provided student leads.
- Explain course details, admission procedures, fees, and benefits to students and parents.
- Counsel students according to their educational needs and career goals.
- Convince and convert leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth enrollment processes.
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer and MS Office.
- Ability to handle student queries professionally.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Bengali (preferred).
- Experience in telecalling, counseling, or sales will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with robust communication skills can also apply.
- QualificationMinimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
- Graduate candidates preferred.
