Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage the day-to-day execution of interior fit-out projects. The role involves supervising contractors and workers, coordinating materials and schedules, monitoring quality and safety, and ensuring projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, budgets, and timelines.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise interior work, including carpentry, civil work, electrical, plumbing, false ceilings, flooring, painting, and finishing.
- Review drawings, layouts, BOQs, and specifications before and during project execution.
- Plan daily site activities and allocate work to contractors, technicians, and laborers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to the approved schedule.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, architects, engineers, vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify defects, design inconsistencies, and execution issues, and coordinate timely corrective action.
- Arrange and monitor material deliveries, storage, usage, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and conduct regular safety checks.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurement sheets, attendance, and material-consumption logs.
- Track labor productivity and report delays, risks, cost concerns, and site requirements to management.
- Support client inspections, snag-list preparation,



rectification, and final project handover.
- Qualifications and ExperienceDiploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience supervising interior construction or fit-out projects.
- Practical knowledge of interior materials, installation methods, drawings, measurements, and finishing standards.
- Experience managing multiple contractors and trades at project sites.
- Familiarity with relevant building regulations, safety requirements, and quality-control procedures.
