- Key ResponsibilitiesSafely drive the company vehicle for official duties while strictly adhering to all traffic rules and safety regulations.
- Responsible for the protected, timely, and professional pick-up and drop-off of the Company's Director to and from the office, meetings, client locations, airports, hotels, and other official or personal destinations as instructed, while maintaining complete confidentiality and professional etiquette.
- Pick up and drop off company employees, clients, and guests as assigned.
- Plan efficient travel routes by considering traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
- Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle at all times.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, including checking fuel level, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, lights, battery, and other essential components.
- Ensure all vehicle documents such as RC Book, Insurance, PUC Certificate, Permit, and Fitness Certificate are valid and readily available.
- Coordinate timely servicing, repairs, preventive maintenance, and renewal of vehicle-related documents.
- Maintain a daily logbook of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, tolls,



parking charges, and other travel-related expenses.
- Assist with office-related errands such as document delivery, bank work, procurement, and other administrative tasks whenever required.
- Immediately report any vehicle breakdown, accident, damage, or traffic violation to the reporting manager.
- Ensure the vehicle is parked safely and securely after duty hours.
- RequirementsValid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving License.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional driving experience.
- Well-versed with Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and surrounding city routes, traffic conditions, alternate routes, and GPS navigation.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Punctual, disciplined, trustworthy, and well-groomed.
- Good communication skills with a courteous and professional attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while driving the Company's Director.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and travel outstation whenever required.
