JOB ROLE: RETAIL STORE MANAGER / SENIOR STORE MANAGER

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Retail Store Manager / Senior Store Manager to spearhead Retail Excellence and store operations. You will be responsible for building a high-output sales setting, driving financial growth, elevating customer service standards, and leading a motivated store team to achieve peak operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Retail Excellence: Uphold top-tier standards in store appearance, visual merchandising, product placement, and customer service procedures to maximize conversion.
- Maximize Business Performance: Achieve sales targets and gross profit goals by analyzing sales trends, managing inventory, and controlling operational expenses.
- Leadership & Talent Development: Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff to build a results-driven team; manage efficient shift schedules and daily staffing.
- Inventory & Quality Control: Oversee stock accuracy, regular inventory audits,



and product quality checks to minimize shrinkage and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Operations & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and health regulations while managing store administration and reporting.

Qualifications & Key Skills

- Education: Graduate or Master's degree in any.
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of retail sales experience, with proven team leadership/management experience in a retail environment.
- Retail Acumen: Strong command of retail math (KPIs, inventory calculation, register/cash management, and basic P&L;).
- Leadership Skills: Clear communication, active coaching, ability to delegate effectively, and a lead-by-example mindset.
- Execution: Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
