Key Responsibilities

- Goal Setting & Delegation: Define team objectives, create timelines, and assign tasks with clear deadlines.
- Performance Management: Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, conduct reviews, and address underperformance.
- Coaching & Development: Train team members, empower them with new skills, build confidence, and identify growth opportunities.
- Communication & Culture: Foster open communication, promote teamwork, resolve conflicts, and build strong relationships.
- Operations & Strategy: Manage daily workflows,



develop strategies for efficiency, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare progress reports for higher management,.

Job Type: Full-time
