Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹72,000 per month (Fixed Salary)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Recruitment Manager to work remotely and manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will identify hiring needs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, track recruitment targets, and ensure timely hiring to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand hiring requirements from the business.
- Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Achieve recruitment targets within deadlines.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
- Ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Office.
- Reliable internet connection and a laptop/desktop for remote work.
