SP Constromate is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to lead our Industry-Oriented Civil Engineering Training Academy.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom and practical training for Diploma & B.Tech Civil Engineering students.
- Develop training modules and course materials.
- Conduct live site training and technical workshops.
- Teach estimation, quantity surveying, BOQ, billing, quality control, construction management, and project planning.
- Train students on AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, ETABS, MS Project, and MS Excel.
- Mentor students and prepare them for industry careers.
- Coordinate with project teams for practical exposure and site visits.
