Agency Development Manager – Job Description

Position: Agency Development Manager (ADM)

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard insurance advisors through field activities, networking, and referrals.

- Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to improve sales performance.

- Drive insurance sales by supporting advisors in acquiring new customers.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.

- Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and field visits with advisors.

- Monitor advisor productivity and provide performance feedback.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the agency network.

- Deliver excellent customer service and support policy retention.
