Ganesh Dairy is looking for a field sales executive to manage daily outlet visits, order booking, and collections across an assigned beat of retail shops, tea stalls, sweet shops, and restaurants. Growth-oriented role with direct incentive on sales volume.
Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned outlets on a fixed weekly beat schedule for order booking and product sampling
- Add current outlets to the beat and convert them to standing orders
- Collect payments per agreed credit terms
- Submit a daily sales report (visits, orders, samples, collections, new leads)
- Maintain product visibility and freshness checks at retail points
Requirements:
- 1+ years of field sales experience in FMCG/dairy preferred (freshers with strong local market knowledge may also apply)
- Own two-wheeler with valid license
- Fluent in Marathi/Hindi; basic English preferred
- Comfortable with daily reporting via WhatsApp/Excel
