We are looking for energetic and target-driven Tele-Sales Executives to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential buyers/clients over the phone, introducing our products, qualifying leads, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities (काम क्या करना होगा):

Calling potential clients/buyers from provided leads (Cold calling & follow-ups).

Explaining company products and services clearly to prospective customers.

Understanding customer requirements and suggesting the right solutions.

Maintaining daily call records and updates in CRM / Excel sheets.

Meeting daily calling quotas and achieving monthly sales targets.

Building strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.

Requirements (कैंडिडेट में क्या होना चाहिए):

Education:



Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (12वीं पास या ग्रेजुएशन).

Experience: 0 to 2 years in Tele-calling, Inside Sales, or BPO/Customer Support (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).

Communication: Good speaking skills in Hindi and basic functional English.

Skills: Confidence on calls, active listening, negotiation, and target-driven mindset.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Smart Phone usage for lead management.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Working Hours: 9:00AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 / month (based on experience) + Attractive High Performance Incentives
