- EligibilityAge: Below 35 years
- Education: Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 0–3 years in Home Loans, Mortgage, Banking, NBFC, BFSI, or Field Sales (Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply)
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business for Home Loans through open market sourcing, field visits, referrals, builders, real estate agents, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Identify prospective customers and explain home loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment options.
- Meet monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
- Collect and verify KYC, income, and property documents from customers.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for timely loan processing and disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, brokers, and referral partners.
- Conduct field marketing activities, customer meetings,



loan camps, and lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain daily sales reports, CRM updates, and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Target-oriented with a passion for field sales.
- Basic knowledge of Home Loan and Mortgage products.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
