*Job Summary*

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Loan Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting customers with personal loan applications, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, and ensuring smooth loan processing from application to disbursement.

*Key Responsibilities*

Generate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and other marketing activities.

Contact prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.

Explain personal loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options.

Assist customers in completing loan application forms and documentation.

Verify customer documents before submission.

Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for timely loan approval and disbursement.





Maintain regular follow-up with customers throughout the loan process.

Build and maintain solid customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Maintain daily MIS reports and update CRM/customer records.

Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Customer-focused approach.

Basic knowledge of personal loan products and lending processes.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.

Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.

*Qualification*

Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.

Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in Personal Loan, Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Financial Services will be preferred.
