We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Brand Associate Interns for a short-term internship program.

Role Overview

As a Brand Associate Intern, you will represent Lal Sweets at leading retail outlets and up-to-date trade locations. Your role will be to create customer awareness, share the story of our products, encourage product trials, support in-store visibility, and help shoppers make informed purchase decisions.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, have good communication skills, and want practical exposure to customer engagement, retail activation, FMCG branding, and consumer behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent Lal Sweets professionally at assigned retail outlets such as supermarkets, hypermarkets, and contemporary trade stores.





- Interact with walk-in customers and introduce them to Lal Sweets products including sweets, namkeens, snacks, and packaged food items.

- Create product awareness by explaining product varieties, taste profiles, quality, ingredients, packaging, offers, and usage occasions.

- Support in-store brand activation by ensuring customers notice, understand, and experience the brand better.

- Encourage product trials and assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their preferences.

- Share relevant product information in a warm, confident, and customer-friendly manner.

- Support product visibility at the outlet by coordinating with store teams for display hygiene, shelf presence, and basic stock visibility.

- Communicate ongoing offers, promotions, festive packs, and product highlights to customers.

- Observe customer responses, preferences, and feedback, and share daily inputs with the reporting manager.

- Maintain discipline, grooming standards, punctuality, and professional behaviour while representing the brand.

- Coordinate with the Lal Sweets team for daily reporting, attendance, outlet updates, and customer engagement data.

- Help build a positive brand experience for customers at the point of purchase.

Candidate Profile

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking with customers.

- Presentable and qualified in appearance and conduct.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Comfortable working from assigned retail outlets.

- Interest in FMCG, food, retail, marketing, branding, or customer engagement.

- Prior internship or retail experience is not mandatory.

- Candidates from any academic background or pass-out year may apply.

- Outlet allocation will be based on business requirements.

- Training and product orientation will be provided by Lal Sweets.

- Performance will be reviewed during the internship period.

- High-performing interns may be considered for future opportunities, based on business requirements.
