Job Title: Sales Executive (Inside Sales / Online Lead Conversion)

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate leads from online platforms (portals, social media, inbound queries).

·

Convert leads through calling and regular follow-ups.

· Understand customer needs and close sales effectively.

· Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions in CRM/tools.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.

Key Requirements:

· Graduate in any discipline. + mechenical or diploma backgorund

·

3–5 years of experience in field marketing/sales, preferably in the furniture

or interior industry.

·

Proven experience in online lead generation and call-based conversion.

· Comfortable with CRM tools and digital platforms.

· Solid communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
