Provide in office IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, networking, and basic server environments. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, attend customer service calls, and ensure timely resolution within TAT.
Requirements
- 2+ years of IT hardware field support experience.
- Expertise in desktop, laptop, printer, and network troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with OS/software installation and configuration.
- Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic servers.
- Good customer handling and communication skills.
- Kannada mandatory; English and Hindi preferred.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Willing to travel across Bengaluru.
