Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Hire Delivery Bikers for FirstCry.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and field hiring.

- Conduct telephonic screening and interview coordination.

- Follow up with candidates until joining.

- Complete onboarding documentation.

- Maintain daily hiring reports and achieve recruitment targets.

- Coordinate with the operations team for manpower requirements.

Eligibility

- Graduate preferred (12th Pass with relevant experience can also apply).





- Freshers and experienced recruiters are welcome.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Working Days

- 6 Days a Week

- Rotational Week Off
