1. Site Assessment and Planning

Conduct detailed site assessments and feasibility studies.

Evaluate site conditions, including structural analysis and shading assessments.

Develop comprehensive site plans and layouts for PV systems.

2. Project Management:

Coordinate with project managers, design engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.

Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.

3. Installation Oversight:

Supervise the installation of solar PV systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

Oversee electrical wiring, panel installation, and system integration.

Ensure all installations comply with local, state, and national codes and regulations

4. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases.





Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance and operation.

Conduct system testing and performance validation post-installation.

5. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in office.

Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainable practices.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including site reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings.

Prepare and submit detailed project reports to management and stakeholders.

Document and report any deviations from the project plan or specifications.

Degree is not mandatory. Candidates with ITI, Diploma, or relevant experience are eligible to apply for this job.
