Key Responsibilities

- Market bench consultants to Tier-1 Vendors, Direct Clients, and Implementation Partners.
- Identify suitable job requirements and submit qualified consultants.
- Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients.
- Negotiate rates and manage the placement process.
- Maintain daily activity reports and follow up with vendors and clients.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors and clients.
- Ensure timely communication and successful consultant placements.

Required Skills

- Minimum 6 months of Bench Sales experience.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and other office applications.
- Robust organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
