Job Title: Closing Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Closing Manager responsible for handling end-to-end sales closures, managing daily client interactions, and ensuring smooth site operations. The candidate will play a key role in converting leads into successful bookings while representing the project professionally on-site.Even calls on provided data and generate site visit

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle daily calling and follow-ups with prospective clients.

* Convert leads into site visits and ensure strong client engagement.

* Represent the project at the site and provide detailed presentations to clients.

* Manage complete sales closing process including negotiation and deal finalization.

* Take full responsibility for site operations and client coordination.

* Maintain strong relationships with walk-in clients and channel partners.

* Ensure timely follow-ups for pending deals and documentation.





* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, legal, accounts) for smooth booking and closure.

* Maintain proper records of client interactions and site visits.

Skills & Requirements:

* Proven experience in real estate sales/closing (preferred).

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to handle clients independently at the site.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

* Good knowledge of local real estate market.

* Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, etc.).

Performance Metrics:

* Monthly bookings/closures achieved

* Site visit to conversion ratio

* Client satisfaction and retention

* Daily follow-up efficiency

Compensation:

* Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives (Target-Based)
