The role involves market analysis, team management, strategy development, performance monitoring, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of stock market advisors or analysts.
- Monitor daily stock market trends and identify investment opportunities.
- Guide the team on equity, derivatives, commodities, and mutual fund products.
- Develop and implement trading and investment strategies.
- Achieve team revenue and client acquisition targets.
