- Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.
- Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process/BPO.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
