Hiring: Content Creator & Social Media Executive (Real Estate)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

About Us

Propseekers Realty is a premium real estate consultancy specializing in luxury residential and commercial properties in Noida, Greater Noida, and the Noida Expressway. We're looking for a creative qualified who can help grow our Instagram presence and build engaging social media content.

- Job Responsibilities Create engaging Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Write compelling reel scripts with strong hooks and CTAs.
- Plan creative content ideas based on current social media trends.
- Increase Instagram reach, engagement, and followers organically.
- Shoot and edit reels using CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar tools.
- Stay updated with trending audio, hashtags, and viral content formats.
- Manage Instagram and Facebook posting schedules.
- Coordinate with the sales team for property shoot planning.
- Create carousel posts, story content, and promotional creatives using Canva.
- Analyze content performance and suggest strategies to improve reach and lead generation.
- Requirements 1 years of experience in Social Media Content Creation.




- Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Excellent script-writing skills for short-form videos.
- Experience with CapCut, Canva, VN, or similar editing tools.
- Understanding of Instagram algorithm, trends, and audience engagement.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is preferred.
- Creative mindset with fresh content ideas.
- Good communication skills and confidence in coordinating video shoots.
- Experience in Real Estate content will be an added advantage.
