We are looking for an experienced TeleSales Professional with 6+ Months of experience . The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining insurance policies, generating leads, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make inbound and outbound calls to customers and prospects.
- Explain insurance products, policies, benefits, and coverage.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service in the insurance industry.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
