- Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, campus drives, placement agencies, local networks, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop relationships with colleges, training institutes, NGOs, and employment exchanges.
- Ensure candidates complete the hiring and onboarding process smoothly.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
