Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced MacBook Repair Trainer to provide classroom and practical training to students in our academy. The trainer will be responsible for teaching MacBook hardware, macOS, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair techniques, and maintenance, ensuring students gain industry-ready skills in Apple laptop servicing.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and hands-on training on MacBook hardware and macOS.

Teach students MacBook assembly, disassembly, and component identification.

Train students to diagnose and repair common MacBook issues, including:

Screen and display replacement

Battery replacement

Keyboard and trackpad repair

Charging and power issues

SSD upgrades (where applicable)

Logic board-level basics

Cooling system and overheating issues

Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, camera,



and audio troubleshooting

Train students on:

macOS installation and reinstallation

macOS updates and recovery

Apple ID and iCloud setup

Time Machine backup and restore

Disk Utility and storage management

System optimization and performance troubleshooting

Data backup and recovery

Demonstrate the use of Apple diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and safety procedures.

Evaluate students through theory and practical examinations.

Mentor students and provide career guidance in MacBook servicing.

Keep training materials updated with the latest MacBook models, macOS versions, and repair techniques.

Required Skills

Solid knowledge of MacBook hardware and macOS.

Hands-on experience in MacBook troubleshooting and repair.

Familiarity with Apple diagnostic tools and repair procedures.

Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field. (Not Mandatory)

2–5 years of experience in MacBook repair, Apple device servicing, or technical training.

Previous experience as a trainer in a technical institute or academy is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience servicing Apple devices and macOS.

Apple-related technical certifications or equivalent experience (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience training students in laptop repair or Apple device servicing.

Salary

₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and technical expertise.
