To achieve this, we are launching a brand-new digital media team to create premium, hooking, documentary-style educational content on YouTube. We are not making

boring tutorials—we are building visual masterpieces that make complex financial and economic stories accessible, thrilling, and visually stunning.

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic Intern / Fresher who possesses a strong artistic eye and technical prowess to lead the visual "look and feel" of our videos.

Role Overview:

As a Video Editing & Compositing Specialist, you will be the creative engine behind our post-production. You will bridge the gap between high-end filmmaking and advanced VFX, turning raw scripts and footage into premium, cinematic documentaries. You will be responsible for everything from pacing and audio design to seamless live-action compositing and motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Storytelling & Video Editing: Craft highly engaging, fast-paced, documentary-style videos. Master the art of narrative pacing, visual hooks, and seamless audio-video

synchronization to retain viewer attention.

• Compositing & Visual Effects: Blend graphic elements, stock footage,



and live-action assets using both layer-based and node-based compositing techniques.

• Camera Tracking & Match Moving: Seamlessly integrate 3D text, infographics, and charts into live-action footage or historical B-roll using camera tracking.

• Motion Graphics & Design: Apply fundamentals of digital design to create dynamic charts, data visualizations, and kinetic typography that simplify complex

financial trends.

• Rotoscoping & Keying: Execute precise rotoscoping and green screen extraction to clean up footage and composite complex multi-layered scenes.

• Color Grading & Audio Design: Enhance the documentary aesthetic using professional color grading tools. Use Adobe Audition to clean, design, and mix

soundscapes, voice-overs, and sound effects (SFX) that drive the emotional narrative.

• Gen AI Integration: Actively research and utilize Generative AI tools (Midjourney, Seedance, Gemini, Runway, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Higgsfield, etc.) to generate

custom assets, upscale footage, and optimize the editing workflow.

Key Skills & Technical Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who is well-versed in the following concepts and tools (typically aligned with advanced media programs):

1. Core Concepts & Techniques:

• Filmmaking & Digital Design: Strong understanding of cinematic composition, shot types, framing, and visual hierarchy.

• Compositing: Mastery of both Layer-Based and Node-Based compositing workflows.

• VFX Fundamentals: Live Action Compositing, 3D Camera Projection, Match Moving, Camera Tracking,



and the Art of Rotoscopy.

• Post-Production: Advanced Audio-Video Synchronization, Video & Sound Editing, and Colour Grading.

• AI Literacy: Prompting and editing using Generative AI tools to accelerate asset generation.

2. Software Proficiency (or strong knowledge of):

• Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve

• Compositing & Motion Graphics: Adobe After Effects, Nuke, Fusion

• VFX, Tracking & Roto: Mocha, SilhouetteFX, 3D Equalizer

• Audio Post-Production: Adobe Audition, DaVinci Fairlight

• Graphic Asset Creation: Adobe Photoshop
