Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective and existing clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare, process, and review applications and policy documents, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Build and maintain robust, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, addressing inquiries and solve the problem as soon as possible
- Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Prepare and analyze reports and data to inform decision-making.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and changes in legislation to provide clients with current and relevant information.
