Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in outbound calling, lead conversion, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales/leads
- Explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries
- Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM
- Handle objections and close deals effectively
- Build and maintain good customer relationships for repeat business

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales/Telecalling/BPO Sales
- Excellent communication skills Kannada and English is mandatory
- Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
