JD:

- Contact customers regarding overdue loan payments.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and maintain regular communication.
- Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely collections.
- Resolve customer queries related to loan repayments.
- Update call records and collection status in the system.
- Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets while following company policies.

Requirement:

- DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Collections, Write-off, or Loan Recovery.
- Educational Qualification: 12th Pass or Any Degree.
- Relevant collections/recovery experience is mandatory.
- Robust loan recovery and negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and Basic English.
- Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally and achieve recovery targets.
