We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Team Leader with a minimum of 1+ year of experience in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and people management skills, with the ability to motivate a team, achieve operational targets, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Customer Support Executives.
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
- Conduct regular team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in handling customer queries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Identify training needs and support the development of team members.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
- Coordinate with Operations and HR for smooth workflow and team management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:





- Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO or Customer Support environment.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience in handling team performance metrics and customer escalations.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
