We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent typing speed, strong attention to detail, and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. The candidate should be a quick learner, capable of understanding new processes rapidly, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company records and databases.
- Prepare, organize, and format reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Perform data cleaning, reconciliation, and document management.
- Coordinate with team members to collect and update information.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data and documents.
- Assist with general administrative and office tasks as required.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering,



VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred) and Microsoft Word.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and processes rapidly.
- Smart, organized, and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in data entry or office administration will be an added advantage.
