Need Experienced Customer Support Associates/ Telecallers/ Telemarketers for the Australian Outbound Process. We are looking to hire a confident and energetic CSA for our outbound process.

Job criteria:

- Candidate must have a strong grip on English communication.
- Should be smart and comfortable handling international clients and customers.
- Candidates ready to work in Morning Shift at office location (Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata).
- Age must be between 18-27 years.
- WORK FROM THE OFFICE ONLY.

Job Role:

- Research, track, maintain and update leads.
- Make outgoing calls to develop recent business.
- Contact prospects to qualify leads.
- Provide accurate and timely information to management.




- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process.
