Job SummaryWe are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Sales Executive to join our stationery retail team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to assist customers while ensuring smooth day-to-day showroom operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable stationery, office supplies, school products, art & craft materials, gifts, and related items.
- Assist customers in product selection and explain product features.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing, cash, UPI, card, and POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are properly stocked.
- Refill merchandise and keep the showroom clean and organized.
- Receive, count, label, and arrange new stock.
- Monitor inventory and report low-stock items to the Store Manager.
- Assist in stock verification and inventory audits.
- Promote ongoing offers, discounts,



and seasonal products.
- Pack customer purchases carefully and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Maintain proper records of sales, stock movements, and customer orders.
- RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience (Stationery or FMCG experience is an advantage).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/POS software.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and team-oriented.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as per store requirements.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
