Key Responsibilities

- Sales Conversion: Qualify and convert inbound inquiries from social media, website forms, and marketing campaigns into completed sales.
- Customer Engagement: Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain product features, material authenticity (natural dyes), and custom tailoring options.
- WhatsApp Commerce: Actively manage the WhatsApp Business interface, including creating catalogs, setting quick replies, organizing customer labels, and launching broadcasts.
- Lead Nurturing: Follow up systematically with high-intent prospects via WhatsApp and email to maximize conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment.
- Data & CRM Maintenance: Track interactions, log buyer preferences, and maintain accurate records using sales tools or CRM platforms.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing team to align sales pitches with active digital campaigns and product launches.
- Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly sales quotas to drive business growth and expand the brand's national footprint.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, E-commerce Support, or Digital Retail.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (both spoken and written) is mandatory to assist our diverse client base.

Technical & Core Skills

- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and chat-based communication skills with a strong ability to negotiate and persuade.
- Digital Tools: Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business tools (Catalogs, Quick Replies, Labels, Broadcasts).
- Payment Literacy: Comfortable guiding customers through digital payment processes (UPI, Net Banking, Payment Links).
- Media Handling: Basic proficiency in mobile photo/video sharing to send real-time product shots or fabric videos to prospective buyers.
- Work Style: High energy, ability to multitask in a skilled environment, and familiar with basic Google Workspace/MS Office.
