- Visit different areas of Noida and conduct property-to-property surveys.
- Identify factories, industrial properties, commercial spaces, plots, and other properties available for Sale / Rent / Lease.
- Speak with property owners, guards, tenants, or relevant contacts to collect property information.
- Note down key details such as location, area, property type, asking price/rent, contact details, etc.
- Take basic property photos/videos wherever required.
- Share collected property details with the CRM / Inventory Team.
- Maintain regular updates on surveyed areas and newly identified properties.
- Build and continuously update the company's property inventory.
