- Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, and GST invoices.
- Provide product rates, availability, and quotations to customers promptly.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and warehouse teams for smooth order processing.
- Ensure timely billing and maintain complete customer and transaction records.
- Assist in inventory coordination and stock updates with the store team.
- Submit daily reports on pending quotations, pending dispatches, and order status.
