A growing healthcare services company, is looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive to support field operations and build strong relationships with hospitals.

Key responsibilities:

Visit hospitals regularly to support smooth service operations

Build relationships with hospital administrators and key stakeholders

Monitor the performance of services delivered within hospitals

Identify operational concerns and coordinate timely resolutions

Collect feedback from hospital representatives

Suggest improvements based on stakeholder feedback

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery

Maintain visit records and provide regular updates





Candidate requirements:

Any degree from a recognised institution

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisation and time-management abilities

Ability to work independently and within a team

Willingness to travel locally across Chennai

Interest in healthcare and field operations

Basic healthcare-industry knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory
