About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Jewellery Designer who specializes in Mangalsutra chains, daily wear chains, and rings. You will be responsible for creating fresh, market-ready designs for Indian and export markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Development: Create new designs for Mangalsutra chains, gold chains, pendants, and rings in 18K, 22K, and 14K
2. Trend Research: Study market trends in India, Gulf, US for bridal and daily wear jewellery
3. CAD: Proficiency in Matrix / RhinoGold / 3Design for technical drawings and 3D models
4. Prototyping: Coordinate with karigars for wax, casting, and sample making. Ensure manufacturability
5. Collections: Build seasonal collections - Wedding, Festive, Daily wear, Minimal
6. Tech Pack: Prepare BOM, weight estimation, stone setting details for production

Understand briefs from sales/export team and customize designs

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma/Degree in Jewellery Design from IIGJ, NIFT, GIA preferred
- Experience: 3+ years in gold jewellery, must have strong portfolio in chains & rings
- Software: Matrix, RhinoGold, CorelDraw, Photoshop. Hand sketching is a plus
- Knowledge: Gold weights, making charges, stone settings, Indian jewellery market
- Traits: Creative, trend-aware, rapid execution, able to work under deadlines
