- Install rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
- Mount solar panels, inverters, and electrical equipment.
- Perform DC and AC wiring as per safety standards.
- Test, commission, and troubleshoot solar systems.
- Carry out maintenance and repair of solar installations.
- Ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
- Coordinate with the project supervisor and maintain installation records.
Requirements:
- ITI Electrician/Wireman or Diploma in Electrical (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in solar installation (freshers with electrical knowledge may also apply).
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and solar PV systems.
- Ability to use electrical tools and testing equipment.
- Willingness to travel for installation projects.
- Valid driving licence is an advantage.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (based on experience) + Overtime + Travel Allowance + Performance Incentives.
