About Us: Vybe Universe Foods is a fast-growing food and beverage company offering premium desserts, sparkling beverages, and customized event food solutions. We are looking for an energetic Event Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our event business and build long-term customer relationships.

- Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentGenerate new event leads daily.
- Visit wedding planners, event organizers, decorators, banquet halls, hotels, resorts, schools, colleges, and corporate offices.
- Build partnerships with event vendors and venue owners.
- Promote Vybe's event offerings.
- SalesConvert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Marketing Promote Vybe products through direct visits and networking.
- Coordinate promotional activities.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights.
- Support social media promotions by sharing event photos and videos with the marketing team.
- Customer Coordination Understand customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the production team before each event.
- Ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Skills Required

- Preferred Qualification Any Degree
- Experience in sales, event management, hospitality, or marketing is preferred.
- Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply.
