- Packing Executive – Job ResponsibilitiesPick jewellery items according to customer orders and verify the product code, quantity and design.
- Check each item for damage, missing stones, scratches or finishing issues before packing.
- Pack jewellery safely using pouches, boxes, bubble wrap and protective materials.
- Include invoices, warranty cards, care cards and promotional inserts as required.
- Attach correct shipping labels and confirm the customer’s name, address and order number.
- Coordinate with the inventory and dispatch teams for timely order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of packed, pending, cancelled and dispatched orders.
