Role Overview

We’re looking for a pure AI-first video artist — someone who doesn’t just edit content, but creates it using generative AI tools.

This role is for someone who understands how to:

- Turn ideas into AI-generated video outputs
- Use tools as a creative medium (not just software)
- Experiment rapidly and push the boundaries of visual storytelling

You’ll be working on ads, branded content, and experimental IP formats, helping us build next-gen content pipelines using AI.

Key Responsibilities

AI Video Creation

- Create videos using text-to-video, image-to-video, and generative AI tools
- Develop visually compelling outputs for:
- Digital ads and brand campaigns
- Social media content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
- Original IPs and experimental formats

AI Tool Mastery

- Work hands-on with tools such as (or similar to):
- Runway, Pika, Sora (or equivalents), Kaiber, Gen-2
- Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E (for asset creation)
- Descript, ElevenLabs (AI voice & audio tools)
- Stay constantly updated with latest AI tools, features, and updates
- Experiment and build efficient AI-driven workflows and pipelines

Prompting & Visual Direction





- Write strong prompts to control:
- Style, motion, camera angles, lighting, and storytelling
- Maintain consistency across shots and outputs
- Translate creative briefs into AI-executable visual directions

Creative Innovation

- Push boundaries of what’s possible with AI-generated video
- Explore new formats, styles, and storytelling techniques
- Proactively pitch AI-led content ideas and concepts

Collaboration

- Work closely with creative producers, strategists, and editors
- Integrate AI workflows with traditional production and editing pipelines
- Adapt AI outputs based on feedback and brand requirements

Requirements / Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with AI video generation tools (must-have)
- Ability to generate high-quality visual outputs using prompts and iterations
- Robust visual sense — composition, storytelling, aesthetics
- Understanding of internet content formats and trends
- Ability to experiment rapidly and iterate fast

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

- Knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Understanding of VFX, motion design, or cinematography basics
- Experience combining AI + live-action footage
- Familiarity with sound design and AI-generated audio
- Background in design, animation, or filmmaking
