Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B business from manufacturing industries, hospitals, engineering companies, and fabrication units.
- Visit customers regularly and develop long-term business relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders.
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams for timely deliveries.
- Follow up on payments and maintain customer accounts.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.




- Prepare daily visit reports and update the sales pipeline.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt service.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (BBA / MBA Marketing preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B Field Sales.
- Experience in Industrial Products, Industrial Gases, Chemicals, Engineering, Welding Products, Compressors, or Manufacturing Sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Willing to travel across Surat and nearby industrial areas.
